    3. Parents splitting up
Most people find change difficult to deal with, but when it comes to changes at home, such as parents splitting up, or finding a new partner, it can be even harder to swallow.

There are a few key things to remember.
Firstly, regardless of what goes on between your parents, it doesn't change the way they feel about you or the relationship you have with them. After the split, if you still want to spend time with both your parents, then you can. You have the right to build a relationship with both your parents and while you should be sensitive to their issues and try not to get involved, likewise they should support any decisions you make. When it comes to accepting new people into your home, such as stepfamilies, try not to think of them as replacements, but as additions to the family.
    4. Boys
Boys, can't live with them can can't live without them. But remember, being young and in love should be fun, so if you find yourself questioning what you ever saw in a guy and why you're wasting your time and energy on him, then the simple answer is, DON'T!

If you've had your heartbroken and feel like you'll never get over it, don't beat yourself up. Give yourself time for your wounds to heal.
Are you worrying about any of these issues?
Maybe you're having problems at home or you're struggling with questions over your sexuality. Whatever your problem, share your thoughts and experience with other MKP users here.
