Stop To Domestic Violence
Those charitable folks at The Body Shop have teamed up with up with Women’s Aid for the fourth year in a row to launch the Stop Violence in the Home campaign. The aim is to raise money for the national charity and help put a stop to domestic violence. A Body Shop survey shows 59% of women are likely to confide in a friend if they are affected by domestic violence. As a result this year’s campaign focuses on friendship and calls on women to make a stand if they know or think a loved one has become a victim of violence in the home.

To raise funds for Stop Violence in the Home The Body Shop will be selling ‘For You, For Me Shea Lip Care Stick Duo: RRP £7. For every product sold £4.80 goes directly to Women’s Aid and also provides benefit to women in Ghana as the shea butter from the Lip Care Stick is sourced through the unique Community Trade programme.
