She’s definitely got the rock chick look down to a tee, so it makes sense that Kirsten Dunst needs a rock boyfriend to complete the look, and according to reports she’s got a new one in her sights. The ex-girlfriend of Razorlight’s Johnny Borrell has been linked with band-of-the-moment MGMT’s lead singer Andrew Vanwyngarden. Apparently the pair met at a festival in the US last month and have since bumped in to each other at festivals in Holland and Belgium over the summer – convenient huh? However, Kirsten might have her work cut out for her, as apparently Andrew’s no push over and has been quite a hit with the girls in Britain, including Johnny’s on/off squeeze Fabiola Gatti.
A source told The Sun, “MGMT are a serious band, not some Five O’Clock Heroes and Andrew made quite an impression with the girls in the Hawley crowd, so they’ve got a few things in common there too. You won’t see them fall out of clubs clutching onto Amy Winehouse, Agyness Deyn or a Geldof.”
