Chris Brown has appeared in court in LA over his alleged attack on Rihanna, charged with assault and making criminal threats. The singer hasn’t had to enter a plea of guilty or not guilty yet. This won’t happen until the hearing on April 6.
Details have emerged of what happened on the night of the attack, and they ain’t pretty. A police report claims Chris and Rihanna got into a fight after she found a text from another girl on his phone. He then allegedly pushed her head against the car window, and set about punching and biting her fingers and ears, before getting her into a headlock and trying to choke her.
Rihanna didn’t attend the hearing and we still don’t know whether she’ll testify against him, especially since we hear they’re back together. He could get up to four years, eight months if convicted. What a horrible mess!
