Hey again everybody :)

I've set myself a target of losing 4 pounds by the end of the week, starting today. Should be easy, right?

But instead of getting off to a good start on my first day, I've gotten off to a terrible one! I woke up late so I skipped breakfast and had my lunch: soup, oatcakes and cottage cheese and a kiwi fruit.
An hour or 2 after, I wasn't hungry but I just had that feeling where I was craving something. I didn't resist and ended up eating cookie dough ice cream, Velvet Crunch crisps and FOUR chocolate biscuits! Now I feel terrible! (The Velvet Crunch crisps should have done on their own! Lol)

Maybe it's because I'm sitting in the house all day, because when I'm away from home I can stick to healthier eating better. But I really need some tips for sticking to my diet and not snacking while I'm at home or just bored or craving chocolate!

Can anyone PLEASE help?! :)
