| Me and my boyfriend did it for the first time when i went to visit him last week =] i knew it was right because we both love each other sooo much and he was the only boy i wanted to lose my virginity to.
Anyway we did it but without a condom =( which i know is bad but we didn’t have any and we only had two days together before i went home. So he pulled out every time before he came but I’m worried in case i could still be pregnant.. i was told pulling out doesn’t always work so I’m gonna take a pregnancy test, but when should i take one? i've been told they don’t detect a pregnancy till 15 days after you’ve had sex.. is this true?

| Pregnancy tests are usually effective just before your period is due, but are more effective just after your period normally arrives. Sometimes you need to wait several days to a week for a clear result. I’d recommend going to your local family planning/reproductive health clinic or Brook www.brook.org.uk and ask them to give you a test. While you’re there they can also help sort out contraception with you so that when you next see your boyfriend you don’t have to use withdrawal (when he pulls his penis out). It’s not a reliable means of preventing pregnancy. Using condoms means you can relax and enjoy sex and they’re free from the clinic – so get some and use them when you’re next with your guy. |
